As a movement educator with many years of experience teaching the Pilates method to clients of all ages and walks of life, I have combined different sensory tools with traditional Pilates equipment helping my clients develop their inner awareness. The Stretch-eze is made of a fabric that can easily be stretched into endless wrap configurations while keeping its resistance creating an amazing support to the body.
