The Stretch-eze® is guaranteed against defects in materials and workmanship for one full year from date of shipment. All fabric will wear with use and no guarantee is made against normal deterioration.

If you’re not satisfied with your Stretch-eze®, please contact us at orders@stretch-eze.com within 14 days of delivery and include your order number.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging and condition. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Digital products are not refundable.
